Level I & II will now happen 2 times a week on Tuesdays & Thursdays! The Tuesday classes will repeat on Thursdays, same times, same content, which means you get to practice, improve, and retain what you have learned more efficiently. Repetition is key in learning and refining anything, especially if it is physical, so this is a great opportunity to speed up your learning curve! If you would like to take advantage of this o pportunity, you will need to sign up for both the Tuesday class and the Thursday class. If you would like to take class just once a week, you can sign up for either the Tuesday or Thursday class.
